Who am I
Sometimes your life can turn out very differently than you had hoped. This also happened to me. Relationships that were broken due to, among other things, poor communication, violence, substance abuse. Unprocessed grief. That it got to a point where I thought I would never get out of this and was in so much pain and sorrow.
Fortunately, my life took a different turn and I learned to regain control over my emotions and my life in a healthy way. This allowed me to pick up my life again and develop myself into the person I am today. To the extent that I can now also support others and follow international training.

As an international TAT Practitioner & counselor I am there for women who have forgotten themselves or think they have been forgotten by others. Women who in confidence want to look for themselves and the life they want to lead again. I do this through individual (one on one) coaching sessions using, among other things, the TAT Technique.
